The last time I attended a comics convention, or The International Festival of Comics and Games in Łódź was in 2008. Before that, many times in my school days (around 16 years ago) as an artist but those were completely different times and there is no point in comparing it. After arriving I saw different things than I had originally planned, e.g. the cosplay contest (…), the Papcio Chmiel exhibition and a talk with Grzegorz Rosinski. Simon Bisley, whom I was eager to see, was nowhere to be found — from what I have heard, he chose to go to the hotel bar instead of meeting the public… The rainy weather made it difficult for us to do any sightseeing in Łódź, but we’ve managed to see the SE-MA-FOR Animation Museum.
